• The minimum deposit amount is 500 BDT and the minimum withdrawal amount is 300 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• If an account balance remains inactive for more than 90 days, an administrative fee may be deducted.
